"is organized for the purposes of, is operated for, and is dedicated and committed to (a) developing young athletes from all backgrounds into well-rounded, successful, confident, respectful, caring and fair citizens of good character through the sport of soccer, (b) providing high quality soccer training designed to increase the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development of young soccer players; (c) fostering a love for the game of soccer and an understanding of how the sport of soccer connects individuals locally and globally; (d) to increase access to high quality soccer training by providing unique and meaningful soccer experiences for young athletes in a cost-effective, affordable, and convenient manner; (e) to provide opportunities for people to learn, become competitive in, play, watch, and enjoy the sport of soccer; and (f) to promote soccer as a sport and as a social activity connecting individuals and groups across national, racial, social, economic, gender, religious, and cultural boundaries.
